Ganz ohne Zeitsprung: ...erste Fotos der Dreharbeiten der VALERIAN Kino- Verfilmung veröffentlicht!



Regisseur Luc Besson ("Das fünfte Element") arbeitet zur Zeit an der von Fans mit Spannung erwarteten Kinofilm- Umsetzung der von Pierre Christin und Jean-Claude Mezieres gestalteteten populären französischen Space Opera VALERIAN (deutsche Alben- bzw. Werk- Ausgabe bei Carlsen erschienen und bei uns im UNFUG stets vorrätig!).

Enthielt Besson's durchweg gelungener "Das fünfte Element" (1997) bereits viele, viele inhaltliche und optische Anspielungen auf "Valerian", werden Fans dieses Weltraum- und Zeitreise- Comic-Epos sich nun auf eine "echte" Verfilmung der Abenteuer des Raumzeit-Agenten freuen können.

Allerdings Geduld: Der fertige Film kommt erst 2017 in die Kinos; zur Cast gehören unter anderem Dane DeHaan (als "Valerian"), Ethan Hawke, Rihanna, Herbie Hancock, Cara Delevingne sowie Clive Owen.

Entertainment-Branchenblatt "The Hollywood Reporter" hat heute ein halbes Dutzend Fotos von den Dreharbeiten (weiter-) veröffentlicht, die der Regisseur via Instagram verbreiten lies. Zu sehen gibt es die Darsteller (in Drehpausen), einige der Sets u.a.

FCBD 2016: Cover und "Inhaltsangaben" der bisher "geheimen" MARVEL- & DC Entertainment Heftchen


Die bisher "geheimgehaltenen" Inhalte und Cover - Abbildungen der jeweils zwei "Free Comic Book Day 2016" Titel der Verlage Marvel und DC Entertainment wurden inzwischen bekanntgegeben, wobei Marvel diesmal mit zwei Heften mit scheinbar komplett neuen Inhalten (also US-Erstveröffentlichungen!) punktet, während der kalifornische Konkurrent DC Entertainment lediglich ein Heft mit Erstveröffentlichungen anbietet, während das andere ein Reprint ist (dies aber passend zum nächsten DC- Kinofilm, der nach "Batman V Superman" in die Lichtspielhäuser kommt)!


(wer nachfolgende "offizielle Pressetexte" beider Verlage liest, wird aber feststellen, das noch immer einige Details -zumindest bei MARVEL-  "geheimgehalten" werden...  naja.)

Saturday, May 7 is Free Comic Book Day, and DC Entertainment is bringing comic fans hard hitting action and a big dose of “Girl Power” in equal measure! 

In anticipation of the August 5 big screen debut of Suicide Squad writer Adam Glass and artist Marco Rudy introduce you to the villains that take on the dirtiest jobs in the DC universe with a special edition issue of Suicide Squad # 1, the first chapter of the iconic graphic novel SUICIDE SQUAD VOL. 1: KICKED IN THE TEETH

Then it’s time to “Get Your Cape On” with a sneak peek of the highly anticipated original graphic novel (OGN) DC SUPER HERO GIRLS: FINALS CRISIS, courtesy of Shea Fontana and Yancey Labat

Der "Free Comic Book Day 2016" findet, wie bereits seit 15 Jahren-!-, stets am ERSTEN SAMSTAG IM MAI (das ist diesmal der 7.!) statt (bitte nicht verwechseln mit der deutschsprachigen Version "Gratis Comic Tag"; die immer am zweiten Samstag im Mai abgehalten wird, und an der der UNFUG sich aber auch beteiligt!)
